A change with the website redesign was the new room categories. Accommodations have been organized into 4 main categories; Rooms, Cottages, Suites, Oceanfront Rooms. Previous guests will notice some rooms have been renamed in order to help classify the bed size, room view and amenities in each, allowing for better navigation to complete a booking online.
- Classic King (Previously identified as Breezeway or Carriage House Rooms )– Ideal for Single or Couples, our King Rooms provide a classic yet comfortable space for your stay featuring a King bed (252-315 sq. ft)
- Classic Double (Previously identified as Lodge, Guest House or Breezeway rooms) – Our Double rooms provide a classic, yet comfortable space for multiple guests featuring a Queen and Double Bed with private bathroom (294-317 sq. ft.)
- Cozy Queen (Previously identified as Gate House or Lodge Rooms) – The Queen rooms offer the most competitive rates and are suitable for up to 2 people. These rooms are located in guest house style buildings with private bedroom and bathrooms (222 sq ft)
- Spacious King Double (Previously identified as Lookout Rooms) – Perfect for families, the King Double rooms located in the Lookout building are just a short walk across the lawn to the beach, pool and Main House. These spacious rooms feature a double & King bed with full bathroom and additional wash basin (351 sq ft.)
- Classic King Oceanfront- The King Oceanfront Rooms feature a King bed, private bathroom with views of Nantucket Sound
- Classic Double Oceanfront (Previously identified as Guest House Oceanfront Rooms or Main House Room) – With views of the ocean, our Double rooms provide a classic, yet comfortable space for families featuring a Queen and Double Bed.
- Deluxe Oceanfront Room (Previously identified as Oceanfront Cottage)– The Deluxe Oceanfront rooms look directly out over the ocean, steps from our private beach. This spacious one-room accommodation features a sitting area, a queen and a double bed, wood burning fireplace with wood provided,
- Classic King Suite (Previously identified as Carriage House Suite)– The Classic King Suites are located in the Carriage House Building. These ADA compliant accessible two room suites, feature one king-sized bed and adjoining room with two twin beds and an accessible roll-in shower. (370 sq ft.)
- Spacious King Double Suite (Previously identified as Lookout Suite) – The Lookout is set atop a small knoll overlooking the grounds of the Inn and the ocean in the distance, just a short walk across the lawn to the beach, pool and Main House. Our King Double Suites feature a Spacious room with double & King bed & adjoining room with two twin beds. Full bathroom with shower/tub and an additional wash basin
- Ocean View Cottage – The Oceanview Cottages are just steps from the beach on a small hill overlooking the ocean. These quaint, individual buildings feature one king bed, wood burning fireplace with wood provided, private outside deck
- One Bedroom Cottage – The one bedroom cottage features one bedroom, one bathroom and a living room with pullout sofa, wood burning fireplace with wood provided
- Two Bedroom Cottage (This accommodation was previously not available for booking online, now is)– These two bedroom individual standing cottages feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with pullout sofa, wood burning fireplace with wood provided
*Accommodations not available for online booking would be our Three bedroom cottages, or if booking the entire Four bedroom Guest House or Six bedroom Lodge or Gate House.
